Such a lovely and lively vibe. Our table ordered the OG Margherita and Gnocchi and and it was supppper tasty. The Calamari was very flavourful, and tiramisu was excellent.Definitely recommend! Our server Crystal was very lovely 💗 Also recommend to make a reservation as it was packed the whole night.

I absolutely loved my visit to Bar Poet in Toronto! The atmosphere feels like stepping into a secret garden — cozy lights, lush greenery, and a magical vibe that makes you forget you’re right on Queen Street. The pizza was delicious, thin, crispy, and full of flavor. It’s the perfect spot for a fun night out with friends or a romantic evening. Definitely one of my new favorite places in the city!

Vegan pizza? 5/5 Ambiance? also 5/5. Music ? A complicated 5/5 - It was very millenial , but in the best way possible. I couldn't help but love it and simultaneously recognize how I've aged since hearing Justin Bieber's Baby for the first time. The service was great and the food was worth the wait to get in. I look forward to returning 😌

Yesterday, I went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Noah provided excellent service, we were truly impressed by his hospitality. He made this year’s birthday celebration such a wonderful moment for us. We’ve always loved Bar Poet, The place was beautiful and impressive outstanding with stylish décor. The cocktails were amazing and the food tasted great! and will definitely be coming back again!

Bar Poet is one of those spots that combines a lively bar vibe with genuinely high-quality food – and it delivers on both fronts. We started with their pizzas, which were nothing short of excellent. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside with a chewy bite inside, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. The cocktails lived up to the hype as well – we tried their margaritas, and they were crafted with precision, not too sweet, not too strong, just the right refreshing balance. The real standout of the evening was the short rib fettuccine. This dish deserves a special mention – rich, tender, and packed with flavor, it was easily one of the best things on the menu and something I’d recommend to anyone visiting. The atmosphere is another plus. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, so whether you’re in the mood for cozy indoor energy or a more relaxed open-air setting, you’ll find a spot that suits you. Service was consistently attentive without being overbearing, and the staff seemed genuinely welcoming. I am from the states and every time I got to Toronto I MUST go to Bar Poet. Every single time. Every time I been there the food is amazing and the drinks are also amazing. My personal favorite drink to get is purple rain, only complaint is I wish I knew their exact recipe for it so I can make it at home ! LOL. Staff is always such a vibe and so so kind. I recommend this place. to anyone.

I really enjoyed our experience here. It was my first time. We came after a show to grab a quick bite on a late Tuesday night but the place was still full. I wondered if people ever work here 🤭 The food was great. We had some appetizers and the spicy pasta. The ambiance was good too. The staff was exactly the crowd on queen west - hipster who always look high. lol but the service was good - they seemed to be good at their jobs. All in all, solid 5 out of 5.

Just came here to rave about the meatballs! Came here for the second time with a friend and had their Caesar salad, meatballs and virgin margarita. We shared the tiramisu dessert. Salad and meatballs were phenomenal. The tomato sauce had a hint of spicy and sweet and hit was honestly one of the best sauces I’ve tasted at a restaurant. The tiramisu however was okay. It was more creamy and needed a little more texture with butter fingers. It felt like I was eating a jar of mousse instead. I wouldn’t have it again. Service was also great. Sat at the bar and Rebecca attended to me. She was friendly and intuitive; had a lovely chat with her while I waited for my friend. I highly recommend!

I loved the atmosphere. It has an indoor outdoor feel with the fake trees and awning. It’s very magical. And the food does not disappoint!! It’s one of the rare places I think the pasta and pizza are both equally good. Usually I find a resto does one better than the other but both of these were amazing. Perfect date spot and they have a happy hour too.

Really impressed by Bar Poet. Our first visit on a Sunday afternoon and we shared the hand cut fries with smoked garlic aioli dipping sauce and the pizza named Rob’s Favourite. Both were excellent and full of flavour. We also tried 2 specialty drinks, the Spaghett (beer, aperol & lemon) and the Sour Poet (Vodka, Raspberry, Peach & Lemon)… again, both yummy. Finally, service was truly great and the ambiance was unique and warn. Highly recommended.
